Once an order is received online, we will not be able to make any changes to product item/ message/ pickup or delivery details/ design. Hence, it’s vital all information is confirmed before the order is made.
There is no cash refund on products purchased.
Kindly check all details (delivery address, time & date) to ensure that someone will be home or able to receive the products. All products are perishable, hence, they need to be kept with loving care in a controlled temperature. In the event that the recipient is not at home or there is no one to receive the goods at the given delivery time, sender will be contacted for an alternative delivery date/time/address and there will be an additional redelivery fee from rm30 onwards. Re-delivery will depend on availability of driver.
