A nostalgic twist on the classic Australian Lamington, reimagined as a celebration cake. Layers of vanilla sponge, homemade raspberry jam, and silky Swiss meringue buttercream—all dipped in rich chocolate sauce and finished with a dusting of coconut. Not overly sweet either! Light on cream, perfect for afternoon tea or dessert. 5 inch (5-8 pax) 7 inch (10-15 pax) 9 inch (20-25 pax) Also available in petit tea cake size here Preorder 2 days in advance
