Christmas Mince Pies
It's our yearly tradition to make Christmas mince pies at the bakery! Our fruit mince are not overly sweet & soaked months before Christmas. They're encased in a buttery pastry filled with our own fruit mince. "Fruit mince" simply means we soak raisins, citrus peel, candied cherries in rum or juice (for a non alcohol version) & mix with cinnamon apples to make a yummy moist filling for each pie.
Believe us when we say they run out fast, so book yours early!
