I can’t find the design I’m looking for on your site

We customize cakes for each customer. Feel free to contact us with some picture inspirations of what you would like and we will design something unique for you. You may also book an appointment with head decorator, Frances, for further consultation.

How many days notice do you need for a customized cake?

We need at least 7-10 days notice. For more complicated designs, it’s advisable to contact us much earlier to avoid disappointments. For wedding cakes, contact us at least 1 month ahead.

I forgot to order a cake. Can you take a last minute order? Pleeeeeaaaassse??

Don’t sweat. We don’t like to turn away customers so just contact us and we will see if we can squeeze you in to our schedule. If we can’t make your original idea, we will suggest an alternative idea to match.

Why are fondant cakes pricier than regular cakes?

Our fondant cakes are made-to-order and each cake is customized even to your favourite colour. We don’t mass produce and hence every order is guaranteed a freshly baked cake. Each cake also requires hours, at times days, of attention to detail and are all crafted by hand with care. This is to ensure each cake captures the personality of the event and person receiving it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a minimum of 50% to confirm the order. The balance can be paid upon pickup or 3 days prior to delivery.

How can payment be made?

We will provide you banking details once the order is confirmed. Or you can pay at the shop.

What is the icing you use for customized cakes?

It’s an icing called Fondant. Made of sugar and gelatin, it is pliable and easy to mould into any shape, and tasty too! We use an imported brand, Satin Ice from USA that is also gluten free and uses food safe colouring.

What is underneath the layer of fondant icing?

We cover all our fondant cakes in chocolate ganache (mixture of cream & chocolate). It gives us the sharp edges on our cakes and also offer stability in transport.

How thick is the icing?

The icing is rolled out to approximately 0.3cm

I don’t like fondant icing, what do you suggest?

We would recommend using our buttercream icing or plain chocolate ganache. However the finishing will not be as smooth and dry to the touch like fondant. It may also affect the design as buttercream and ganache has it’s own limitations.

Do you make eggless cakes?

Currently we are not baking eggless cakes.

Do you make gluten free cakes?

We can customize a gluten free cake only available in vanilla, at extra cost. However please note we are NOT a gluten free kitchen.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We use Goget.my to deliver all over Klang valley.

Do you do outstation delivery?

Depending on the exact location and timeframe given, we will try our best to get our creations to you. Charges do apply according to distance so feel free to contact us.
